Rushing into Adolescence too Soon! – Day 13
Today I submit further evidence that Brooke is growing up too fast. She is completely skipping her second birthday and jumping straight to her sixteenth. Brooke is awaiting her chance to get hold of the car keys and drive. She loves to get behind the wheel and play with all the knobs and buttons. We have to be aware that when we turn the car back on, it might go crazy from all the fiddling that Brooke has done. This is also one of Brooke’s favorite things to do with Grandpa Thomas–probably because his cars have lots of buttons to push. Grandpa Thomas is a good sport to let her sit and play in his car for long periods of time.

Mission Call of the Week – Day 12
Ben (Rebecca’s younger brother) received his mission call last night. We were there covering the event.

Ben is going to Singapore and he reports to the MTC on July 1st. He’ll be speaking Indonesian.

Thanks Mom! – Day 11
Brooke became so good at saying thanks. Then one day it disappeared. What happened to those good old days when we had a grateful daughter? She is becoming a teenager too darn fast. In memory of the days of yore we have a video.
