Today I showed Brooke how stop motion animations work. I set her up with the camera and computer and helped her make this video and she set to work. I only lasted about 120 frames of hitting the record button before I let Brooke take over the rest for the total of 345 frames. She was at it for about 1 1/2 – 2 hours before she was ready to end the story and she wasn’t even done filming because she now wants to make another one. She’s very proud of her creation. You can see at the end that she is getting the hang of how it works.

This was fabulous. My favorite was when she had to turn on the music. My next favorite is when she puts her hands behind her back to dance. My third favorite is when she turns around in a circle. And yet another favorite is when she wiggles her hands in front of her. Funny stuff!

Yay! I love the Goldendance. I couldn’t wait to see this video after Mom told me about it. And looks like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree — Becky, I remember you always having a fascination with River Dance. Glad to see the fascination has carried on.

I love the little bum-shaking. That would make an excellent addition to the Riverdance routine! 🙂
