I was hoping you wouldn’t mention the mute part because I wanted to comment, “Does she talk?!?” For all the times you’ve made me paranoid about my children’s flat heads, snaggletooth teeth, tortellini and clumsiness, I must remind you of your non babbling babe.

This line got me to LOL — Does she wave? The mind is willing but the body lacks the coordination.
It was mostly hilarious because I’ve seen her efforts to wave and you worded it so perfectly. Ha!

Such adorable pictures! Love that you got a blue-eyed baby. I love how smiley she is, and I’m eternally jealous of her sleep habits. Cutie pie!

Question? Is eating squishy non solid baby food really solid food?!? Also, I think you should continue to let Brooke feed her. You know my saying, “That which you persist in doing will become easier to do, not because the nature of the task has changed but because our ability to do has increased.”

Oh, I am laughing aloud at the quote your father just wrote!

What a cute, little blue-eyed, smiley baby girl. Who cares if she’s a mute? Your other children make enough noise for her. It’s kind of refreshing to have a quiet child…

This is such a well-written blog post about your baby daughter. So sweet, so funny and so entertaining. The pictures could have said it all, but they just added dimension to all that you were saying about the precious little thing.

So glad you got around to catching us up on Madison’s antics. Keep them coming!!

Sarah – You forgot about the time I almost had you convinced Eli had ringworm. That was one of my finer moments if I do say so myself.

Dad – I’m not willing to be forced to persist in cleaning Madison up just so Brooke can learn how to feed Madison better. Though, to be fair, Brooke was feeding Madison when she wasn’t very good at swallowing yet and the cereal was pretty runny. They would both probably do a lot better now. Next time I’m at your house maybe I’ll let Brooke try again.
